How Do I Place An Order?
It couldn’t be easier, simply view the item you wish to purchase, select an appropriate size and colour (if applicable) and click the ADD TO CART button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' and follow the checkout procedure to complete your order.
How Much Will Delivery Cost?
Tracked delivery to anywhere in the mainland UK for orders over £50.00 is FREE.
Tracked delivery to anywhere in the mainland UK for orders of £50.00 or less is £4.95
How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?
Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.*
* Excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Which Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, as well as payments made via PayPal.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order After It Has Been Confirmed?
Whether you can change or cancel your order or not depends on its status. If you log in to your account and the order is still showing as ‘Processing’ then it may not yet have been dispatched. In these instances we recommend that you call us. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you can return the items for either an exchange or a refund.
Returns & Refunds
If you do not like your item or it does not fit please send back with attached returns form within 14 days of purchase. Please note that if the returns form is not properly filled out it may hinder the speed of your exchange/refund.
All returned items must be sent back with original tags/packaging and be in the exact same state as it was sent to you.
When sending back an item for exchange or refund we recommend sending it insured and signed for as we will not accept responsibility for lost items. We don't offer free returns how ever we will send an exchange out to you free of charge on a next day service.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Exchange Or Refund?
We endeavour to process all exchanges and refunds within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that in some instances this can take up to 7 days depending on the nature and timing of the request.
Do I Have To Pay For Return Postage?
We do not cover the cost of items that are returned for an exchange or refund. Please note that the item being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us and we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.
Do You Refund The Delivery Charge For Returned Items?
We will only refund the delivery charge for returned items where the item has a defect or where the incorrect item was sent. In all other instances the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added, this is included in the price.
Terms and Conditions
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be re-sold. They should be returned in the original packaging and not have been worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed.
We deem faulty items as having a manufacturing fault or hidden defect which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not considered faulty if it has become damaged because of wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if a returned item is: visibly worn; damaged; marked; washed; smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder; in a condition that we deem renders it un-sellable.
